  • No Carry-Over to future months for Conference Room or Training Center hours
  • Meeting Rooms usage to be scheduled in advance through our receptionist

Mail Service

Consumer will be assigned a mailbox for delivery of mail at Executive Office Suites' address by the US Postal Service Monday through Friday. Consumer will be allowed access to Executive Office Suites of Ellicott City during established business hours Monday through Friday to retrieve mail. Deposit required.

Telephone Answering

Personal answering service will be provided from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday with the exception of the following holidays:

  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas

Other holidays may be established from time to time. At all other times consumer's calls will be answered by voicemail system. Retrieving and deleting messages in a timely manner will be consumer's responsibility. Deposit required.

Your current business telephone number transferred to Executive Office Suites' telephone system (Consumer will be responsible for the cost of installation, instructions to any outside telephone company and maintenance of any telephone line(s) requested by consumer and not currently part of Executive Office Suites' telephone system.
