The Courthouse Square Office Complex offers office space to suit your needs

Developed in the early 1980's the Courthouse Square Office Complex continues to serve the community as a charming office complex. With its quaint architectural appearance of a town home community CHS fits well into Historic Ellicott City's business and cultural district. CHS is within easy walking distance of the Howard County Government offices and the District Court building making it an ideal location for professionals conducting on-going business with county agencies and the court system. With Columbia just to our south CHS offers an attractive alternative with its convenient location, amenities and competitive leasing rates. We are approximately twelve (12) minutes from Route 95, but less than a five (5) minute drive from the Route 40, 70, 29, and 100 corridors. The Courthouse Square Office Complex is comprised of four, three-story and four-story buildings with an attractive courtyard between. The four buildings total approximately 40,000 square feet. CHS has 16 single suites consisting of 748 square feet and 17 two-story suites consisting of 1496 square feet. The suites that are available can be combined for a larger company or leased separately. We take pride in the well-landscaped grounds and buildings that provide a professional atmosphere to you and your clients.

We offer shared office leasing within the complex, with and without services. Offering office suites with services, the Executive Office Suites of Ellicott City was developed in 1996 to offer the business community the best of locations and support services in a cost-effective, adaptable leasing package. Our mission at EOS is to provide new or established business with a professional, attractive and functional office environment in the thriving Baltimore/Washington corridor. The suites are furnished; conference rooms are available, receptionist service and more amenities are included in the monthly rent.

Training Center and Conference Room leasing is available at EOS. Our Training Center offers seating for 30 - 36 people. The Training Center has available a DVD w/television, overhead projector, white boards, and internet access. There are two conference rooms on site, each offering seating for 10-12 people. Both conference rooms have a whiteboard and internet access. Side tables are proved in the Training Room and Conference Rooms for catered events.

Offering office leasing without services is the most recent improvement to our complex. The renovation of 2992 square feet of office space into small to medium size offices offers tenants a professional office environment. This office building at, 3525 H Ellicott Mills Drive, has received a total make-over. The office space has eleven suites and common areas including restrooms and a kitchen. Utilities and janitorial of common areas are included in the monthly rental. The suites are not furnished and receptionist service is not available at this location.
