The Courthouse Square Office Complex is comprised of four, three and four story buildings with an attractive courtyard in-between. The four buildings total approximately 40,000 square feet. CHS has 16 single suites consisting of 748 square feet each and 17 two-story suites consisting of 1496 square feet each. The suites that are available can be combined for a larger company or leased separate. • The lease term - three years
• Landlord will paint, carpet and provide minor modifications to premise
• Security Deposit (equal to the first month rent) and first month rent due upon signing lease agreement

• Maintenance of Furnace, Light Fixtures, Plumbing Fixtures
• Water Bill
• Building and Liability Insurance

Tenant Responsibilities

• Electric for premise
• Janitorial for premise
• Communications - Telephone & Computer, etc.
• Replacement of furnace filters and light bulbs
• Tenant Insurance

The above terms and conditions are contained within a lease agreement between landlord and tenant.
